Insurance federation offers credit facilities to brokers
Two insurance trade groups have activated a credit line for insurance brokers to deal with the difficult business conditions brought about by the coronavirus pandemic, Middle East Insurance Review reported. The credit line is for brokers with annual commissions of less than 1 million Moroccan dirham ($97,601).
The credit facilities, activated by the Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies and the National Federation of Insurance Agents and Brokers of Morocco, will cover the operating expenses of agents and brokers, allowing them to pay the salaries of their employees.
