Singapore : as Business Development Manager

What were your stepping stones in career? 

Stint at Shriram Group, Gave enough freedom to work in every possible department of choice

Who influenced you the most in your career and why?

Mr. R. Thyagarajan, Founder Shriram Group : His vision to serve society with keeping “Bottom of The Pyramid” in mind. Idea of inclusiveness of every stake holder like JV Partner, Reinsurer, Investor etc.  

Your first day at work?

Very informative, asked so many questions and was answered patiently by Senior.  

When you wanted to quit?

Never till date

Why you choose Insurance?

Was not by choice but by chance. 

Your adult life inspiration? 

My father : My role model throughout my life. Have been trying to imbibe his dedication, devotion towards work, hope to match sumday!

Choose the profession which you are most passionate about. Work should never feel like work, it should be as good as pursuing a hobby.  One should be equally exicted to go back to work every day even after decades.
